A brand new HR Support Service has been launched to provide fully-funded support to SMEs in the West of England region.

As part of Workforce for the Future, the HR Support Service, delivered by Business West, will offer tailored advice for businesses via 1-2-1 sessions with HR professionals and access to a range of topical workshops.

Head of Skills Delivery, Lizzie Lyons, commented,

“The HR Support Service has been purposely designed to fit around the needs of individual organisations. Whether they are a start-up or a more established SME, they will receive bespoke support that will improve their HR processes and benefit their business going forward.”

After signing up, businesses will work collaboratively with HR experts to identify areas for support and build a bespoke action plan tailored to their needs.

Organisations will also be able to access monthly workshops, led by Atoll HR and WECIL, on a range of different subjects, including contracts, performance management and recruitment.
