Ben Holt: Partner, Commercial Litigation.

Ben specialises in advising on complex disputes relating to the supply of goods and services, procurement challenges, mergers and acquisitions and professional negligence. He has recently been advising on numerous aspects around contractual issues stemming from the disruptions caused by Coronavirus. Ben also leads our Reputation Management and Information Law teams.

Ed Rimmell: Partner, Commercial.

Ed specialises in the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, including in relation to the supply of goods and services, cooperation and partnering arrangements, and contractual joint ventures. He has been heavily involved in advising on the effect of Covid-19 on commercial contracts, helping businesses to understand their rights and obligations where service delivery is affected by the pandemic, and working with them to identify pragmatic approaches to resolve challenges that they face.
